Quick facts
PTM supports commercial vehicle inspection, preventive maintenance, servicing and repairs across its Selangor centres. Batu Caves HQ is the 4S flagship centre; Kota Damansara and Puncak Alam provide service and parts support.
Inspection
Comprehensive vehicle inspection to keep your fleet road-ready.
Maintenance
Routine servicing and repairs planned around the demands of your working fleet.
Give the workshop the right starting information
Inspection and maintenance begin with understanding the vehicle and the work it performs. Explain the brand, exact model, registration, current mileage and available service history. Describe any concern, when it happens and whether the vehicle has recently had work done elsewhere. If there is no specific fault and the request is routine servicing, say so clearly. The workshop needs vehicle-specific information before discussing the appropriate work; website photographs and general service descriptions do not establish a diagnosis, a maintenance interval or a final price. For genuine parts, body and paint, accident claim assistance or Puspakom support, state the required service so the right team can follow up.
Choose the centre and request an appointment
Select Batu Caves HQ, Kota Damansara or Puncak Alam in the service form. Provide your name, email, phone number, vehicle number, model, current mileage, appointment type and preferred date and time; company name and remarks give additional context. Choose the centre that fits your route, and explain the work required so the workshop can discuss a practical next step. Saturday appointments are limited to Normal Service and Major Service. Repairs, complaints and inspections are not accepted on Saturdays. Centres open Monday to Saturday, 08:30-17:30, and close on Sundays and public holidays. The requested time remains subject to centre confirmation, including availability and any further vehicle information required.
Confirm the arrangement before bringing the vehicle
Keep the vehicle registration and enquiry reference with the person bringing the truck to the centre. Tell the workshop if another colleague will attend, or if the requested date, mileage or vehicle concern has changed. Ask the team to confirm the planned visit and any additional information needed before arranging a delivery interruption. A clear handover helps the centre connect the arriving vehicle with the right request.
