Truck inspection FAQs

Is this an official PUSPAKOM inspection?

No. This is workshop diagnosis. Pre-PUSPAKOM preparation has a separate page; official inspection results remain with the inspection authority.

Which models can I enquire about?

Send the exact model, year and body type, including Isuzu or Fuso vehicles. The team confirms diagnostic coverage, required access and centre suitability before booking.

Can I request an inspection on Saturday?

No. Saturday bookings are for Normal Service or Major Service only. Arrange a weekday inspection with the centre.

Which warning signs should I describe?

Mention warning lights, loss of power, starting trouble, smoke, brake or steering concerns and unusual noises. Explain when the problem occurs, including whether the truck is loaded.

What information helps with an inspection booking?

Share the registration, exact model, year, mileage and symptoms. Recent service history or earlier findings help the workshop plan the checks. Send photos directly in WhatsApp if useful.

Does an inspection request include repairs?

Inspection helps identify the concern. Discuss the findings, proposed repairs, parts and quotation separately before agreeing to further work.

How much does diagnosis cost and how long does it take?

The checks depend on the model and symptoms. Ask the centre for the diagnostic scope, charges and estimated timing before the visit. Further investigation may need a separate arrangement.

Which PTM centre can I contact for diagnostics?

Enquire with Selayang / Batu Caves HQ, Kota Damansara or Puncak Alam. Share your model and symptoms so the chosen centre can confirm suitability and a weekday appointment.
