Ownership
Commercial truck aftersales support.
Vehicle ownership includes servicing, inspections and parts support, not just the purchase.
Updated

Commercial truck aftersales support is the servicing, inspection, parts and repair work that follows a vehicle purchase. PTM Group provides this support through Batu Caves HQ, Kota Damansara and Puncak Alam in Selangor. Start a workshop conversation with the vehicle model, registration, mileage, service history and any current concerns. Share the operating schedule so the team understands how the truck is used. Batu Caves HQ also brings together vehicle sales, service, parts and body & paint as a 4S centre. All three centres open Monday to Saturday, 08:30-17:30, and close on Sundays and public holidays. Appointments and vehicle-specific requirements can be discussed with the PTM team on WhatsApp.
Prepare a useful workshop handover
A useful aftersales enquiry explains the job the vehicle needs to do, not only the part that appears to be causing trouble. Describe the usual load, daily routes and any change you have noticed. Include when the concern first appeared and whether it happens at startup, during a journey or while loading. Existing service records can help the workshop understand previous work without guessing. If you manage several vehicles, identify the registration of each truck and explain which one is needed most urgently. The centre can discuss the appropriate next step with you; a message alone is not a diagnosis or a confirmed repair quotation.
Choose a centre and plan the follow-up
Choose Batu Caves HQ, Kota Damansara or Puncak Alam according to the centre that is practical for your fleet. Tell the team your preferred date and time, and allow the centre to confirm the arrangement before changing a delivery schedule. Keep the vehicle details, the enquiry reference and any agreed next steps together so another colleague can follow up accurately. When asking about genuine parts, provide the vehicle model and any part identification already available rather than assuming a similar-looking item is interchangeable. For body and paint work or an accident claim, describe the concern clearly so the appropriate team can advise what information is needed next.
